And Now I Know

For a while now, I've been trying to think of what I'll do after the bar, at least in terms of this blog. I've reached the decision that this blog has become so bar-oriented that to try and shift its focus after my "retirement" would be difficult and/or just not work.

So, to make a long story short, once I've retired from the bar, I'm going to retire this blog as well. I'll keep it around as an archive of the whole bar experience, but I don't expect I'll update it much, or at all. Instead, my efforts are going to shift to a new blog, Memorable Speech.

Mostly, it'll be very much like what's going on with this blog now. However, instead of having a limited scope (conversations at the bar), I'm expanding my focus to include other places and people who aren't drinking alcohol.

While I still have at least a few more bar posts to put up here, in the future, my adventures will be recounted elsewhere. I want to thank everyone who's been reading this one, and a special shout-out to all my waitstaff bretheren. I wish everyone the best and hope that you'll come with me to the new blog.
