Maybe It's Almost Done

Can it be? Is it possible? Is the nightmare anthology about to be printed? Gimme some water, I'm feeling faint. After about a year of pulling my hair out over this thing and a few weeks of, "Okay, I fixed that problem, now can we print it?" I think it may be ready.

The latest hitch: ISBN. The publisher said, "Hey we're getting ready to print it, but where's your ISBN?" To which Katherine and I said, "Huh? I though you guys supplied one." Today we decided to skip the ISBN entirely (which is okay since we're distributing the copies ourselves rather than retailing them). Thus, I may be done with the editing end of this thing. Maybe. We'll see. Let's just hope I get no new e-mails or phone calls from the publisher - unless they say, "The books are done and shipped, you'll get them Friday."
